At MMD, the mission is to deliver the highest quality timber frame kits, crafted with precision using cutting-edge structural timber CNC machines. I am dedicated to excellence in every step of our process, from sourcing premium materials to designing and fabricating kits that ensure durability and strength. Most of the work is meticulously completed in a workshop with advanced CNC machines, reducing on-site erection time to a minimum. Our timber frame kits are engineered for easy assembly, accompanied by comprehensive diagrams that simplify the process. At MMD, I blend craftsmanship and innovation to create extraordinary timber frames with efficiency and precision.
In addition, i am to help UK based timber frame companies with design and automation processes.

David Clooney
At MMD, I bring over 13 years of experience in the timber frame industry.
Originally, I began this journey crafting timber frames by hand from my garden shed, drawing on traditional skills and expertise passed down through generations.
As the construction industry evolved and moved towards off-site building processes, I adapted by incorporating advanced CNC machinery into production.
I bring a unique blend of skills to MMD. Before starting MMD, I had a successful career programming and designing large pan-European data protection systems for UK banks. My extensive background in IT and design has been instrumental in the transition to CNC manufacturing.
This blend of craftsmanship and technological innovation allows me to produce precision-engineered timber frames that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Recently, I relocated operations to the beautiful Málaga province in Spain and look forward to combining all my skill sets while expanding our reach within the construction industry.
Utilising state-of-the-art CNC machines enables me to offer structural timber frames that are precisely crafted to suit any project.
At MMD, I take pride in handling all aspects of the design and manufacturing process.

Dave designed,3D modelled and built an Oak framed triple garage at my property in 2022.
